Team Announcement
Nominations received, volunteers selected and The Aviators was born. The team that will put the Air into Million'Air. We try to gather our thoughts and provisional plans as we await an introductory phonecall with The Prince's Trust.

Management Conference
Our initial work was presented at our Management Conference in London today. We recieved some excellent feedback afterwards and nobody left without an official Aviators information card. Mission accompllshed.

Launch Event
The Aviators team gathered in London to kick-start this year’s Million Makers Corporate Challenge. The event consisted of fun parts with various ice-breakers and a reminder of the seriousness of what amazing work The Prince’s Trust does for young people. A fantastic day!

The Dragons Den
Milestone achieved. We survived the dragons den and recieved some fantastic feedback. The full seed funding was offered and now the competition really starts. Public speaking is not everybody's favourite thing but we stepped out of our comfort zone and did a fantastic job!
The Programme
What is Million Makers?
Million Makers is an entrepreneurial fundraising challenge which sees teams of employees from companies across the UK competing to raise at least £10,000 or more over a period of six months.
The competition is a learning and development tool proven to build essential business skills and motivate employees. Collectively, teams are aiming to raise £1,000,000 to transform the lives of disadvantaged young people around the country.

ENDING YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT
The Prince's Trust helps thousands of young people every year to achieve the success and future they deserve by supporting them get back into education, find jobs and start their own businesses,
SUPPORTING ENTREPRENEURS
The Prince's Trust help unemployed 18 to 30-year-olds become their own boss, helping young entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into a business reality with training, funding and mentoring support.
DEVELOPING NEW SKILLS
Three in four young people who complete courses provided by The Prince's Trust go into work, education or training. Whether it is to develop skills and confidence, get a taste of a new industry or just want some solid work experience, the free courses help young people get to where they want to be.
CONFIDENCE BOOSTING
Three out of four people on The Prince's Trust Team Programme go on to work or college courses within three months. As part of the course, participants also spend time developing interview and CV skills to ensure confidence is sky-high for when taking the next step.
